Letter from the Church of Norway: "Baptismal Certificate: The Church Records of Davik Congregation in Davik County show that Mons Haughland, son of parents, Albert Henrik Monsen Haughland and wife, Hele Serine Pedersdatter, was born on January 14, 1921 at Davik and baptized on March 27th, 1921, at Davik. Davik Pastorate, October 12, 1956, Signed Odd Lofter, Minister." "I hereby certify that the above is a true and correct translation of the original document in the Norwegian Language. Winnipeg, November 6, 1956. Carl T. Kummen. Consul of Norway."
